1. Who these Terms are with
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between AI See You Pty Ltd (ABN 28 690 536 200) (“AI See You”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and any person or business that accesses or claims a property profile, or otherwise uses the AI See You Recommendation Intelligence service (the “Service”).

By claiming a property profile, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business.
2. What the Service is
AI See You measures and certifies how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity recommend accommodation properties to travellers. For each certified measurement period (“Pulse”), we produce a reading of a property’s recommendation presence: whether and how often AI systems recommended that property, across which categories, and how that compares with prior Pulses.
We make a Free Property Profile available for each measured property. A person who can confirm their affiliation with a property may claim that property’s profile through our claim flow, giving them ongoing access to the free tier of their certified readings as they are published.
Certain modules and deeper intelligence, including category-by-category detail and competitive set information, are available only through paid access. Paid access is currently granted on a founder-led basis following a request through the Service, rather than automated self-service checkout. Section 8 sets out how paid access works, including for any future self-service subscription plans.
3. Eligibility and the claim process
Who can claim a property. A property profile may be claimed by a person who can confirm they are authorised to act for the business that operates that property, for example an owner, manager or authorised staff member.
What claiming involves. The claim process asks only for information we cannot otherwise verify, namely your full name and a work email address, followed by email confirmation and a password. We do not ask you to re-enter information about the property that we already hold in our records.
Trust levels and review. Depending on the email domain and other signals available to us, a claim may be approved automatically or referred to a manual Affiliation Review. We never automatically reject a claim. Where a claim is referred for review, we will assess it and may contact you for further information. Referral for review is not a determination that anything is wrong with your claim, and does not affect your ability to continue browsing the Service.
Accuracy of information. You must provide accurate and current information when claiming a property, and you must not claim a property you are not authorised to represent. We may suspend or revoke a claim, and the associated account access, if we reasonably believe the claim was made on a false or unauthorised basis, or that the account has been compromised.
Disputed claims. If we receive competing claims to the same property, or reasonably believe a claim is disputed, we will place the claim under Affiliation Review rather than granting or refusing access outright, and we will make reasonable efforts to contact the affected parties. We are not required to resolve a commercial or legal dispute between businesses over who is entitled to represent a property; where such a dispute exists, we may suspend access to the profile for all parties until it is resolved.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at hello@ai-seeyou.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or other users.
5. Nature of the measurement, and what we do not guarantee
We measure and report; we do not control AI systems. The Service certifies what our methodology observes AI assistants saying about a property at a point in time. AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity are operated by third parties outside our control. Their outputs can change from one query to the next, and are influenced by factors we do not control and cannot fully predict.
No guarantee of outcome. We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend, cite, mention or rank a particular property, at any time, in any category, or by any margin, whether before, during or after a property is claimed. A certified reading is a record of what was measured in a given Pulse. It is not a prediction, and it is not a promise of future recommendation activity.
Accuracy of the underlying measurement. We take care to ensure our measurement methodology is applied consistently and that certified figures reflect what was actually observed. If you believe a certified reading about your property is materially inaccurate, contact us at hello@ai-seeyou.com and we will investigate.
No advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, marketing or business advice. Any commentary accompanying a certified reading is descriptive of what was measured, not a recommendation to take any particular action.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
• claim a property you are not authorised to represent;
• provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, another user’s account, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, including through automated scraping, excessive requests, or attempts to circumvent access controls;
• use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this section.
7. Intellectual property
Our rights. AI See You owns all rights, title and interest in the Service, including our measurement methodology, scoring and certification models, software, design, and the certified reading data we produce, together with all associated intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of this to you.
Your licence to use certified content. While your claim to a property remains active and in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access, view and reasonably display your property’s certified reading and any associated certification mark (such as the certified seal) for the purpose of representing your property, including on your own website or marketing materials, provided the reading is not altered and is fairly represented in context. This licence ends if your claim is revoked or your account is terminated.
No licence to our broader dataset. This licence does not extend to our underlying measurement dataset, methodology, or data about other properties or destinations, which remain confidential and proprietary to AI See You.
Third-party content. Where a certified reading reproduces or references an AI assistant’s own output, that output remains the property of its respective provider, and its inclusion in our reporting does not transfer any rights in it to you or to us.
8. Paid access and future subscriptions
Current basis. As at the effective date of these Terms, access to paid modules beyond the free tier is arranged on a founder-led, request-and-agreement basis rather than automated checkout. Where you request paid access, we will confirm the scope, prices and payment terms with you directly before any charge is made, and those specific terms will apply alongside these Terms.
Future self-service plans. We may in the future offer self-service paid subscription plans through the Service. Where we do, the following terms will apply to those plans unless we agree otherwise with you in writing:
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until cancelled.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
• New subscriber cooling-off period. If you are a new subscriber to a self-service paid plan, you may cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment, provided you have not made extensive use of the paid features during that period. To request a cooling-off refund, contact us at hello@ai-seeyou.com within the 14-day window.
• We may change subscription pricing on reasonable notice, taking effect from your next billing cycle.
• Payment processing for any self-service plan is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
9. Communications and unsubscribing
If you opt in to receive the monthly certified reading by email, we will send it in accordance with the frequency and content described at the point you opted in. You can withdraw this consent, or change your communication preference, at any time using the method described in the email or by contacting us at hello@ai-seeyou.com. Withdrawing consent to receive these communications does not affect your ability to claim, access or use your property profile.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including for account authentication and data storage, email delivery, and website analytics. Where a paid subscription is processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider’s own terms will also apply to the payment transaction. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, except to the extent required by law.
11. Liability
Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
General position. Subject to those non-excludable rights, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss arising from the unavailability of the Service, inaccuracy in a certified reading, or the behaviour of any third-party AI system, except to the extent that liability arises from our own breach of a guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
No exclusion of statutory rights. Where the law implies a condition, warranty or guarantee into these Terms that cannot be excluded, and permits us to limit our liability for breach of it, our liability is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the Service or the cost of resupplying the Service.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your claim to a property was made on a false or unauthorised basis, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice of suspension or termination and the reason for it.
You may stop using the Service, or ask us to close your account, at any time by contacting us at hello@ai-seeyou.com.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the free tier, provided we act reasonably and, where practicable, give notice of material changes affecting active claimants.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or our legal obligations. Where we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders, for example by email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
15. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific paid access agreement entered into between you and us, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI See You regarding the Service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No waiver. A failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms.
